Claim goods

We're sorry something isn't working as it should. Our warranty period is 2 years, and we always handle claims fairly and without unnecessary delays.

How to proceed

1. Email us at hello@skinnersfootwear.eu. Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and a photo of the defective product. You can find the order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order (e.g. SH12345).
2. We’ll get back to you within 30 days with the result of your claim.
3. If the claim is accepted, we’ll offer you a replacement or a refund.
   

Claims cannot be made for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use (e.g. walking on asphalt with a model designed for nature).
