Claim goods
We're sorry something isn't working as it should. Our warranty period is 2 years, and we always handle claims fairly and without unnecessary delays.
How to proceed
- Email us at hello@skinnersfootwear.eu. Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and a photo of the defective product. You can find the order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order (e.g. SH12345).
- We’ll get back to you within 30 days with the result of your claim.
- If the claim is accepted, we’ll offer you a replacement or a refund.
Claims cannot be made for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use (e.g. walking on asphalt with a model designed for nature).
